The Board of Directors is composed of five members elected from the local area, on a non-partisan basis to serve 4-year staggered terms. It is the Board’s responsibility to adopt resolutions and policies necessary for governing the affairs of the District. The regular meeting of your Board of Directors is a vital part of the democratic process in the conduct of the District’s affairs. These meetings are open to the public and conducted by these elected representatives who are responsible as a body for the operation of the District. The Board appreciates your interest and urges your participation in District matters.
